A superb opportunity for an experienced deputy manager or clinical lead nurse with at least 2 years supervisory experience to join this very successful medium sized nursing,,residential and dementia care home part of an award winning and successful care provider , has arisen .
Working supernumerary hours you will report to the Registered manager and deputise in her absence and lead a team of nurses and carers in ensuring quality care is given to all residents .
You do not need to be a nurse as you will be supported by a clinical lead but you will have to demonstrate sound understanding of clinical procedures and ideally have worked in a clinical setting
Liaising with families , GPs and other health care Professionals you will ensure you demonstrate kindness and professionalism and have a good knowledge of care standards, audits, medication, Dols etc.
You will be able to lead a team of nurses and carers and motivate them to ensure the highest level of care is given.
You will have sound understanding of clinical procedures either as a nurse or non nurse but you will be an excellent communicator and have the motivation to drive high standards this provider is known for
You will have
a background in care management ideally gained within an elderly care home.
You can expect a super salary £45k plus bonus depending on experience and qualifications and benefits that you would expect for a highly renowned award winning provider as well as working within a very friendly group and working for a an encouraging and supportive management team.
