As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
Oversee daily operations, managing staff and care delivery.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation.
Lead and mentor the care team to provide exceptional service.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Drive branch growth through excellent service and local networking.
