A lovely care home that specialises in care for elderly ,dementia and learning disability residents is seeking a committed and driven home manager to really make this home your own
You will be supported by a committed team of carers and a deputy and a very experienced operations team
This home is part of a well regarded care provider in the south east of England
You will be /have:-
- Previous experience in a leadership or deputy management role within a care or nursing setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in adult social care.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate commitment to delivering safe, personalised, high-quality care
- Level 5 diploma in health and Social care or working towards
