We are seeking a committed, values driven leader to join my clients residential and respite service supporting adults with learning disabilities and some complex needs. This is an excellent development opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Registered Manager role or for a Service Manager seeking their first registration.

The  service is a small and established, stable service built on a strong person centred ethos. People are supported to shape their own day in ways that are meaningful to them. The environment is calm, consistent, and driven by positive outcomes with a GOOD CQC and a high quality of care

What You’ll Be Doing

You will provide clear and compassionate leadership, ensuring that the people we support live fulfilling, safe and empowered lives. Your role will combine hands-on involvement with strategic oversight, including:

  • Leading and motivating a wellestablished staff team
  • Ensuring high standards of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory performance
  • Strengthening personcentred support plans and positive outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with families, professionals and internal teams
  • Supporting individuals to access community activities
