Activities coordinator £25k

I am seeking a warm and motivated individual who is passionate about improving and enhancing the lives of elderly people at my clients luxury, stunning  care home in Shepperton

As an Activities Coordinator, you’ll help to create a stimulating environment that enables my client to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for its residents. You will help to devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. An extremely rewarding role, part of your time as an Activities Coordinator will be spent getting to know residents and their families before you create tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone’s wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

You’ll need to be warm, empathetic and personable with good organisational skills and a can do attitude. Meanwhile, your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community. Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn’t essential – especially because you will have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career..
