Salary: 35k per annum + commission (OTR 47k, based on 4 beds/month sold)
Holiday 25 days per annum (plus 8 BHs)
40 hours per week (Some weekends as an when required)
Our client is a luxury care home provider and is seeking a focused and driven individual to join their progressive business, You will be someone who can confidently demonstrate a high level of customer service whilst being able to build good relationships with stakeholders.
You will be first point of contact for all customer enquiries and you will manage the sales process from showing a family around, to admitting their loved one into the home.
You will assist on care home open days and it is also essential to develop a strong relationship with local authorities, the local community as well as GPs to help promote the home.
You’ll be working with families at a very challenging time, when an older loved one is looking to move out of their own home into a care home, it can prove to be a very emotional time. Therefore it is essential that the you have the ability to help drive numbers but must also be balanced by your empathy and passion for improving people’s lives.
Ideally you will have knowledge and experience in the care home industry with contacts in the area and ready to hit the ground running but more importantly you will have the empathy to develop relationships from the initial enquiry through to closing the sale and have experience of a targets driven environment or have experience in property sales
