With a fully compliant CQC and a superb reputation locally this super home is looking for an individual who has experience of elderly care in in a carehome setting and ideally has NVQ 3 but not essential who can support the manager in all aspects of running the home, managing staff and rotas, medication and care and liaise with families and other health care professionals.
This role would suit a senior carer looking for the next step for an existing deputy who is looking for a small and friendly home with a passion for superb care.
