A super , stunning purpose built, luxury dementia and residential care home is seeking a passionate and motivated manager to lead the care team in this amazing home.

As part of the leadership team, you will ensure the delivery of excellent care to the residents, providing strong leadership and supporting the General Manager in ensuring the whole home operates effectively. You will play an active role in maintaining compliance as well as ensuring high standards are achieved in relationship-centred care, clinical care and dementia care. Ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards are met and are aligned to codes of conduct and company procedures.
This role provides a great opportunity to take managerial responsibilities whilst continuing to deliver outstanding care.
This is a supernumerary role over 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with a team of dedicated carers reporting to you and you will ensure best practice and high quality care is delivered.
You will have a passion for and a strong background in care, have experience of leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a team to provide outstanding care. You will have a proven track record in a care home environment and be forward thinking and up to date with current practices.
