My client is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a team and oversee the operations of a super 8 bed Service that supports individuals with Mental Health and LD needs.
We are looking for a Manager who is:
- Experienced as a Registered Manager or a very experienced deputy who is looking for their first registration
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
