Our client is a successful and growing independent healthcare provider and is seeking an experienced care manager to manage its very stable and fully compliant home in Warrington. It provides elderly care and EMI care in a beautiful , peaceful environment
Supported by a friendly and very capable staff you will:
Oversee the general running of the home, with responsibility for its ongoing success and effective management. Delivering exceptional residential care will be your ultimate focus. To do so, you’ll take on everything from hiring dedicated care assistants and their development to providing outreach and support to families
You can expect a super salary of £40-45k |DOE plus benefits and ongoing training and development
