I am seeking a dynamic, hands-on Registered Service Manager to oversee my clients supported living services in Essex.
You’ll be responsible for a small service supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of distress and complex care needs in the Essex area.
You will be passionate about knowing service users as individuals and building trust with families, and anticipating issues before they arise. You’ll lead by example, inspiring your team with a proactive, professional and person-centred approach.
