deputy home manager £55k plus bonus

Reigate Surrey c £55k plus bonus dependant on qualifications and experience.

On behalf of a highly regarded care organisation I am looking for an experienced and dedicated deputy home Manager to work in a 80 bed purpose built beautiful nursing home based in Reigate

This friendly nursing home specialises in Elderly, Dementia and Nursing care and has a great reputation within the local community.

As the deputy home Manager you will work with the home manager to implement and maintain continuous improvements within the home and ensure the highest standard of care. I am looking for a deputy manager who is a confident clinician and confident in quality assurance and audits, can lead and motivate a team of nurses and carers and will be confident to deputise for the home manager in her absence.

You will be experienced in elderly and dementia care and be confident with CQC and care standards.

This is a super role working supernumerary hours supporting the general manager and being supported by and experienced team of unit managers , nurses and carers and will be a very strong clinical manager

To be considered for this role you will have a relevant management qualification(QCF Level 5/RMA/NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social care) or be prepared to work towards it , and you will be a nurse with a current NMC PIN.
