Are you an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager looking for your next opportunity in a high-quality care home setting?

I am seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care Home in London.

You will oversee 70 beds  in this super GOOD rated and purpose built luxury care home with a superb local reputation

This is a supernumerary role, offering the opportunity to focus on clinical leadership, governance and quality, rather than being part of the rota.

Alongside another non clinical deputy you will support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care, leading the clinical team, and ensuring full compliance with CQC standards. You’ll play a key role in driving clinical excellence, overseeing care planning, audits, and staff development.

You will be :-

An experienced nurse with an NMC PIN

Have experience of working in a residential care setting

Have experience of managing and supervising staff

Be confident and have excellent communication skills

Have excellent knowledge of care standards and CQC guidelines
