Our client is a leading national provider of healthcare with a superb reputation for high quality care and it is seeking 2 clinical lead nurses for its 50 bed purpose built home in Letchworth.
Full time – 39 hours per week (Days)
Part time – 36 hours per week (Nights)
Rate of Pay £14.24 per hour
Shifts rotate and usually 3 long shifts and a short shift
Using your excellent leadership skills and broad clinical knowledge you will lead the assessment, planning and evaluation of residents care in order to achieve the highest professional standards within the home.
You will be the lead on shift whilst promoting areas of clinical best practice , working with both the care and ancillary teams to promote excellent team working and ensure the needs of residents are fully met.
Flexible and reliable you’ll appreciate building long-term positive relationships with older people, their families and visitors.
