Our client is a growing independent LD and mental health provider and is currently seeking a Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) for their 22 bed learning Disability Care home in Leicester

As Deputy Manager you will be wholly responsible for planning, directing and managing clinical services while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the Registered Manager
We are looking for an individual who is a confident communicator, an effective leader and a skilled clinician who is committed to delivering high quality person centred care during an exciting time of change and development within the care home.

The home has 22 beds for residential care and the opportunity to provide respite care also for those with a primary diagnosis of Learning Disability and those with associated conditions such as epilepsy, autism and swallowing deficits.
Essential criteria :
Valid NMC registration
At least 2 years’ experience as a senior nurse
